Among other things, it appears users can anticipate faster autofocus, lighter lens construction, and more professional petal style lens hood modeled after the Japanese lotus flower. More inpressive still, the new lens looks like it will ship for the same ludicrously low price as it's predecessor, the 85mm f/1.8, MI.
The MII version of the Vitlrox 85 is said to feature the same rugged construction as the MI, despite being noticeably lighter, a quality that for sure will make it better suited to gimbal stabilization for videography applications.
