The Veggie Bean Fritters can be a simple meal for vegans and vegetarians.
Makes: 6 servings. Prep Time: 15-20 minutes. Cook Time: 20- 25 minutes. Total Time: 35-45 minutes.
Required Ingredients
- 2 cups of bean flour,
- 1/2 cup of water,
- Chopped onions, mushrooms, pepper, or carrots.
Optional Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Olive oil,
- Knorr powder,
- Salt or sugar to taste,
- Lemon juice to taste.

Directions
Step 1.
- Use a kitchen blender or bowl to mix bean flour and water,
- Add salt or sugar (optional) and set it aside,
- Cut or chop vegetables and fruits.
Step 2.
- Use frypan,
- Preheat the pan for a few seconds,
- Add oil or a teaspoon of water and heat for a few seconds,
- Add chopped vegetables and fruits and sauté for a few minutes,
- Transfer sautéed vegetables to a plate and set it aside.
Step 3.
- Increase the heat and add the bean mixture,
- Add sautéed vegetables and lower the heat,
- Cook for a few minutes,
- Flip over and cook for a few minutes,
- Your meal is read ( see the photo below).
