Veggie Bean Fritters can work for breakfast or lunch. No cooking experience is required. Children under ten need adult supervision.

The Veggie Bean Fritters can be a simple meal for vegans and vegetarians.

Makes: 6 servings. Prep Time: 15-20 minutes. Cook Time: 20- 25 minutes. Total Time: 35-45 minutes.

Directions


Step 1.

  1. Use a kitchen blender or bowl to mix bean flour and water,
  2. Add salt or sugar (optional) and set it aside,
  3. Cut or chop vegetables and fruits.

Step 2.

  1. Use frypan,
  2. Preheat the pan for a few seconds,
  3. Add oil or a teaspoon of water and heat for a few seconds,
  4. Add chopped vegetables and fruits and sauté for a few minutes,
  5. Transfer sautéed vegetables to a plate and set it aside.


Step 3.

  1. Increase the heat and add the bean mixture,
  2. Add sautéed vegetables and lower the heat,
  3. Cook for a few minutes,
  4. Flip over and cook for a few minutes,
  5. Your meal is read ( see the photo below).
Serve with bread and tea. Enjoy!
