Let's have a Solar-bration! The Goodenow Grove Nature Preserve will be hosting a solar eclipse viewing party on Monday, April 8 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Plum Creek Nature Center.
This viewing party for the solar eclipse on Monday is free of charge for all ages. No registration is required for the event. You are allowed to bring your own blankets and lawn chairs for the solar eclipse viewing on Monday afternoon.
You will want to arrive as early as possible because the first 50 that show up will receive free viewing glasses so that you will not damage your vision.
The Plum Creek Nature Center is located at 27064 Dutton Road within the Goodenow Grove Nature Preserve.
