Ingredients:
- 4 oz. dry pasta (I used red lentil sedanini)
- 1 medium roma tomato (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp yellow onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
- Add the pasta to a pot and cover it completely with water.
