  2. Cook the vegan chicken nuggets per the package directions. I cooked my vegan chicken nuggets in the microwave, so they were ready in about one minute. However, I prefer to bake them in the oven when I have the extra time because they get crispier.
  3. Chop or slice the vegan chicken nuggets up into small pieces.
  4. Add the rice to a bowl, followed by the vegan chicken nuggets and green peans.
  5. Add some ketchup on top of the vegan chicken and rice bowl.
  6. Dig in and enjoy. You can also include any other veggies, toppings (like avocado), or sauces that you'd like!
