In a bombshell story released by the New York Post, James Biden has confirmed while under oath that Brother Joe received at least 40k from Chinese funds

In a completely unexpected revelation while testifying under oath at the pending impeachment inquiry to determine if there is sufficient evidence to conduct a formal impeachment vote against his brother, President Joe Biden, first brother James today confirmed that a $40,000 check that was given to former Vice President Joe Biden in 2017, was comprised of money James received from a Chinese government-linked company.
James went on to reveal that he received overseas income as recently as last year.
The 74-year-old first brother then tried to minimize the culpability by testifying that he didn’t believe the company, CEFC China Energy, was controlled by Beijing. He went on to claim that he "just misspoke” when he reported to the IRS that the President's son Hunter Biden, who was partnering with his uncle James, had described CEFC chairman Ye Jianming as a “protégé” of Chinese President Xi Jinping.
During a February 21 interview, an investigator asked James:
“Where did you believe the source of the money that was going into [Hunter Biden’s company] Owasco, prior to being sent to you, was coming from?”
“CEFC,” James admitted after the relentless inquisitor refused to let up or let him skirt the question.

The admission came after a prolonged see-saw exchange in which James' attorney Paul Fishman made the argument that “money’s fungible.” The lawyer was then promptly corrected by a House staffer that his client “did not have sufficient funds” to make that $40,000 alleged loan repayment of his own volition, “so it is traceable."
James' shocking testimony also established that received $840,000 through 4 separate wire transfers between November 2022 and July 2023 from Argentinian businessman Jose Luis Manzano. Those funds, Biden claimed during his testimony, came from selling half of his stake in Manzano’s Argentinian natural gas company, Metrogas.
“It was sweat equity, mainly, in dealing with him in terms of his other ventures,” James declared.
He then testified that Manzano asked him to persuade the Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim to invest in getting 4G in Argentina, an attempt that never saw any fruit.
James also confirmed that there was a time when Manzano was “in discussions” about working with CEFC.
Evidence received through subpoenaed bank records also shows that the very same bank account James used to issue that $40,000 check to brother Joe Biden had an available balance of exactly $46.88 before receiving a $50,000 deposit only days beforehand, on Aug. 28, 2017.
That same $50,000 payment came the same day and from the same place as funds withdrawn from James’ entity Lion Hall Group. Records show that the group also received a $150,000 wire from Owasco on Aug. 14 and that that account had a balance below $2,000 before the $150k deposit, according to the bank records which were publicly released by the House Oversight Committee in November.
