Ever wonder why some fast food places just don't seem to get it right? A new study sheds light on the most disappointing order experiences across the U.S., with a surprising result in California.

A new study looked at how happy people are with fast food places in the U.S., and it found some interesting data. This study didn't just look at whole chains but picked out the one place in each state that people liked the least.

The study was done by @statspanda and used Yelp, a website where people can write reviews about places they've eaten. They found that the place with the worst scores in each state had an average rating of 1.85 out of 5 and about 42 reviews.

The verdict in California? It's a restaurant at the Chinese fast food chain, Panda Express. For anyone who wants to know more about how they figured this out and see more charts, @statspanda says:

"To explain a bit more this is the single worst rated fast food location in each state not the worst rated fast food chain which would be an average rating over the average rating of all other fast food chains in the state (which we will do eventually)."

Thanks to @statspanda for putting together the data.

Disclaimer: This article is based on a study conducted by @statspanda, using data from Yelp reviews to identify the lowest-rated fast food locations in each state. It's important to note that the findings reflect specific customer experiences and opinions at individual locations, not the overall quality of the fast food chains. The information presented here is for informative purposes and should be considered in the context of broader customer service experiences.
