My husband and I have been sick with the flu for the past two weeks - not fun and as a result, we didn't feel like cooking - at all! We're lucky in that Instacart delivers where we live. We have the choice of several different grocery stores (Publix is our preferred place for groceries) and big box retailers (like Target, Walmart, and Sam's Club).
I had previously written an article telling you how to Make Wonton Soup at Home using products available in many grocery stores. The wontons were from a company called Bibigo and through their website, you can search to see where you can purchase them. That got us hooked on the brand and we wanted to see what else they made.
After searching through Bibigo's website, we found plenty of other products they make that are sold locally. Last night's dinner was Korean Style Crunchy Chicken with Sweet & Spicy Sauce. When I tell you it's good, I'm not exaggerating! Don't take my word for it - read the reviews posted by others online.
We cooked the chicken on a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil (easy cleanup) in a preheated oven at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. While it was cooking, we made some rice and when we served dinner, we put the chicken with some sauce on top of the rice. It's that easy!
Do yourself a favor - take a look at their products and consider giving them a try. We're happy we did.
