Insurance agents who have started selling Medicare insurance solutions within the past three years have been offered a lead generation discount by the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance.
“The Association makes available the number-one online directory accessed by consumers looking for local Medicare insurance agents,” explains Jesse Slome, director of the organization. “During Medicare Open Enrollment utilization of the directory increases significantly.”
To support insurance agents and brokers marketing Medicare insurance solutions, AAMSI announced a special AEP 10% discount on a 1-year listing. “Consumers use the directory to find local agents who can help them compare Medicare Advantage and prescription drug plans, as well as Medigap options,” notes Slome.
To take advantage of the discount, agents can enter the special referral code new23 during step two of the sign-up process. “A new agent will pay $166.50 for a 1-year listing and while we can never guarantee a lead, many agents report getting many leads and making numerous sales during AEP,” Slome adds.
