(PLYMOUTH, MA) As Main Street’s newest business, Plimoth General Store, begins to take shape, the owners have been keeping locals in the loop by uploading photos and videos of the construction process on social media, generating excitement from the Plymouth community. Now, the new business is ready to open its doors to the public and has announced a grand opening celebration spanning two days!
Whether you're a local or a visitor from out of town, a visit to the Plimoth General Store is sure to feel like a fun adventure! The store will offer a variety of items, including delicious sandwiches, provisions, household essentials, and unique gifts that will keep the whole family happy. What really sets this business apart, however, is its innovative use of space. The store is located in an old bank and even features an old bank vault in the back that now serves as the entrance to another local business.
Specifically, the general store has welcomed Craft Beer Cellar - Plymouth to move from their previous location across the street to the back of the general store into the old bank vault! This is a creative way to use the space while also combining two small businesses into one retail space located right on Main Street in Plymouth.
On Friday, June 9, 2023, Plimoth General Store will welcome the public for the first time into its space. Then, on Saturday, June 10, 2023, Plimoth General Store will be hosting Dumpling Daughter on-site with samples from 10 am to 2 pm.
