The suspect in the murder of a Tacoma, Washington woman appeared in court, with new details emerging from court documents. Bobbie Jo Plane has been charged with second-degree murder and firearm possession in connection with the incident that occurred on May 15th near North Jeunet's hospital.
The victim's boyfriend claimed that Plane was targeting him and his loved ones. He said that he and his girlfriend had been driving in her car while Plane followed them in an Acura. After stopping for food, the couple later arrived at the location where the tragedy unfolded.
Court documents indicate that an argument broke out between Plane and the victim's boyfriend. During this confrontation, the boyfriend alleged that Plane pulled out a silver pistol and fatally shot the woman. Further investigation showed that Plane was on active Department of Corrections supervision, having been released from prison earlier in the month and placed on work release and home detention until January 30th.
