"Out of around 40,000 polled, over 9,000 were based in New York State and marked themselves as 'very eager' to shop this summer's Amazon Prime Day event," shares NYC-based Maria Colari, one of the survey's organizers and retail engagement expert. "And certain categories stood out more than others. Deals on clothes and accessories, Amazon Prime Day baby deals, cleaning and beauty products, in particular, have attracted the most attention."
