As Donald Trump campaigns and fights off investigations, the former president is also looking for a running mate to join him on his ticket for 2024.

Several female political leaders have been mentioned since former Vice President Mike Pence and Trump are not on good terms at the moment.

Former candidate for Arizona Governor Kari Lake has been mentioned here. As well as former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley whom I mentioned here.

So, the next potential candidate is a person familiar with the White House. The first female Governor of Arkansas, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, was elected into office last year on November 8. She is also the youngest governor in the country at 40 years old.

Her last name may be familiar to you as she is the daughter of former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee who lead the State for 10 years. Sarah brings political experience as she has seen politics close up. She has worked on campaigns for U.S. Senators, governors, and presidential campaigns. Huckabee has served under President George W. Bush in the Department of Education and was a senior advisor in Trump’s 2016 campaign and press secretary for Trump.

On her first day in office, she signed seven executive orders including teaching banning critical race theory and forbidding the term ‘Latinx’ in State documents.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott and other Republican leaders have spoken out about critical race theory and that it should not be taught in schools.

Do you think Sarah Huckabee would be a good candidate for Trump’s Vice President?
