According to the San Antonio Police, a motor-vehicle crash was reported on Sunday in San Antonio.
Officials confirmed that one person was injured due to the accident.
Authorities stated that the collision occurred in the 6000 block of IH-10 West.
A Ford Mustang was traveling southbound and the driver lost control of the vehicle.
It therefore collided with the concrete in the center median.
The Mustang spun into the main lanes and stopped when approached by oncoming traffic.
Four witnesses had to pull the driver from the car to rescue him.
The driver was admitted to an area hospital sustaining critical injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by the SAP.
