Rev. James Daniels stops by the Texas City Police Department.
While meeting with Chief Joe A. Stanton, they discussed their dedication to the community and the restarting of the Monthly Ministerial Alliance and Community Leaders Meetings.
The Ministerial Alliance and Community Leaders Meeting were started in 2004 by Reverend Daniels and the Chief of Police as a way to keep an open line of communication between the community and the police department.
Over the years, it has developed into a forum where ministers and community leaders have been able to get information on many of the programs in our community that are available to our citizens by the City of Texas City, the Police Department, and numerous organizations in the area.
The monthly Ministerial Alliance and Community Leaders Meetings will start back up on the second Tuesday in January 2023.
