Suzette Samuels, the former girlfriend of "Black Ink Crew" star Ceaser Emanuel, has shot down rumors that she was the individual behind the video leak showing him abusing one of his dogs.
"I'm not the only one who had access to that video. Three people have that video. Ceaser is beefing with two of them," Suzette claimed in a statement obtained by The ShadeRoom.
"Why would I leak the video? He was threatening me that if I left, he would have production make me look crazy this season," she continued.
In the Ring camera video, a man (assumed to be Ceaser) puts a dog in a cage before kicking the cage (with the dog inside) down a hill. Ceaser is also seen chasing the dog out of the house and kicking the dog. He then walks back into his house before returning, picking up a foldable chair and striking the terrified canine with it several times.
Last week, Ceaser released a video statement to TMZ. In it, he claimed that he had been set up by somebody close to him.
"I know the footage that everybody seen – it looks crazy," Ceasar said. "Even me looking at it, it looks crazy. But it's a moment in time I wish I could take back. I came home, my dogs is attacking each other."
He continued, "I separated the dogs. Now, one of the dogs attacked me. What I did was open the garage door, try to deescalate it. But I was nervous. I'm not gonna tell you no lie. I was nervous and I was scared. So, at the end of the day, I was trying to back the dog down. I was honestly trying to scare him. At not one time was I trying to abuse this dog. All I was trying to do was get him back in his cage."
Suzette and Ceaser's breakup was far from amicable. Speaking to EURWEB months back, Ceaser said he was open to getting back with his ex, but added that he is currently enjoying the single life.
"We couldn't see eye to eye through everything that was going on. We just decided, like, we weren't best for each other. We decided that, you know, as adults let's just go our separate ways because I couldn't see what she was going through. And she couldn't see what I was going through because we were both going through stuff," he explained.
