Ohio Police are celebrating a record-breaking drug bust in the southern part of the state on Friday. When members of the County Drug and Major Crime Task Force conducted a raid on a home at 411 Walnut Street, they made a major discovery.

According to Prosecutor Brigham M. Anderson, they found the largest amount of methamphetamine seized during an investigation in the county’s history. Anderson says the raid was the result of a months-long investigation into drug activity.
According to Anderson, Officers from the task forces aided by the LCSO and IPD seized:
- 3 lbs of methamphetamine
- Digital scales
- Drug paraphernalia
- Drug packaging materials
- Cash
Officers arrested 34-year-old Andrew McClain and booked him into the county jail.
