TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - An armed Terre Haute m an was arrested for allegedly battering a woman at a residence on the city's north side Saturday morning, after police say she had confronted him about taking money intended for the children.
Treyveon Q. Ashley, 26, was booked into the Vigo County Jail around noon. He is facing several felony charges, including: domestic battery in the presence of child, criminal recklessness, theft of firearm, intimidation, invasion of privacy and pointing a firearm.
