A pursuit resulted in the arrest of two Florida men. Among them was a man wanted on murder charges.

After using a vehicle intervention technique to stop the fleeing vehicle, deputies arrested Jamarquis Makhi Williams, 19, on a first-degree murder warrant, and Marquavious Shyqwan Davis, 20, for fleeing, eluding and driving with a revoked driver's license.
They reached speeds of up to 100 mph through three jurisdictions.

Deputies attempted to pull over the vehicle, however, the driver (Marquavious Davis) accelerated and continued to flee. In order to halt the fleeing vehicle, deputies conducted a VIT maneuver.
All three occupants were then ordered out of the car.
Initially, they did not comply. Sheriff's deputies deployed a tear gas canister inside the vehicle, forcing the suspects to exit the vehicle without further incident.

The person wanted for first-degree murder with a firearm was identified as Jamarquis Williams. A third person in the vehicle wasn't charged and was released.
The occupants of the car were evaluated for injuries.
Davis and Williams were booked into the county jail.
