A patrol deputy in Florida has been fired from her job after being arrested for drinking and driving.
Shelby Coniglio was pulled over by officers in St. Petersburg, and seemed to show multiple signs of impairment.
Florida Teenager Shot to Death after Running Away from Home
Coniglio then failed a field sobriety test, and two breathalyzer tests pointed towards her having a blood-alcohol level around 3 times higher than the legal limit.
Florida Father Stabs Daughter During Fight
Officers then arrested Coniglio and charged her with one count of driving under the influence. She was immediately fired from the sheriff’s office after this arrest took place.
