Their north star at Cartel Roasting Co is to make excellent coffee. Their beans are sourced with care through farmer partnerships that they have built over time. They roast to bring out the coffee's unique, regional flavor. They are passionate about their craft - their science - and want to share it with you. A must try is the Forty Eight blend, which is a light roast with hints of milk chocolate, cherries, and a silky texture.
Presta Coffee Roasters is a well-known coffee shop that serves some of the city's best coffee. El Puente, from Columbia, is their most excellent coffee, with beautiful aromas of grape taffy, jasmine, and black tea. Costa Rican coffee, Don Eli, is likewise a beauty, with overtones of caramel, peach, and juicy, and is available to drink.
