The city of Seattle has thrived in a slice of the Puget Sound Lowlands, drawing visitors and new residents. There are numerous reasons to visit the Emerald City, ranging from city-specific activities to the gorgeous scenery that surrounds it. Also hundreds of small-town coffee shops dot the landscape, not to mention the locations of well-known chains, some of which began in Seattle.
Hood Famous is located in Seattle's Chinatown-International District, in the historic Publix Building. During the day, their community area serves as a bakery-café. Along with their single origin Asian-Pacific coffee program, the menu concentrates on sweets, baked products, and light snacks. Pandan Latte is their signature drink, and it's fantastic.
They decided to open Elm because they enjoy drinking and sharing excellent coffee. They buy great green coffee from incredible farmers and importers and roast it for you, their customers and wholesale partners. They feel that genuine hospitality and unpretentious service are just as important, if not more important, than wonderful coffee. You must try 9 Swans Seasonal Coffee, which is one of the best coffees on the menu.
Their flagship store, 1930 2nd Avenue, is where it all began. They started small, in a teeny-tiny area on the main level of the Moore building, but quickly outgrew it and moved into the store where the former tailor had been for ten years. If you stop by, taste their distinctive espresso, which is available in a broad variety of flavors.

Fulcrum Café is a collection of brands with a unique perspective: coffee powers life in the Pacific Northwest, and they are inspired by the people, beauty, and stories that it has to offer. For almost 25 years, they have been roasting coffees. Costa Rica Lajas coffee is fragrant and aromatic, with flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and rum, and is one of the best available.
1. Storyville Coffee Pike Place
Coffee from Storyville Pike Place is a neighborhood coffee shop that serves some of the city's best coffee. The most popular espresso drink on the menu is Storyville Sunrise, a smooth espresso blend with undertones of caramel, chocolate, and toffee that serves as the base for all of their espresso drinks.
