The Sammie Shack is a food truck specializing in sandwiches, soups, salads, and pastries. Their philosophy is to make everything from scratch, which might take a little longer, but it's well worth the wait. The Sammie Shack has only been operating for a few years, but as the locals will tell you, it's become a favorite. The food truck is always packed for lunch. In fact, it's hard to find a parking spot anywhere nearby during the noon hour.
