WEST TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - A local man was arrested after allegedly shooting two people Wednesday afternoon in western Vigo County. Apparently, the shooting was a result of a dispute between neighbors.
Donald Kennedy, 67, of West Terre, Haute, was booked into the Vigo County Jail and charged with aggravated battery and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.
