"Very good experience. We had the bang bang appetiser to start our dining experience, which was very good and had plenty of zip. The bread and olive oil was hot and fresh. My wife had the lobster and crab cake, and I had the crab cake with the filet. The crab cakes were very good and had little filler. My steak was cooked perfectly and was very delicious. The service was fine and acceptable." - P674VUgeorgef, Colorado Springs, Colorado, TripAdvisor.

Carlos' Bistro is fabulous...the menu breathtaking...the ambiance superb...the smiling staff well versed on the ingredients of each selection and the food is not only delightful... The owner, Carlos, is the chef who not only creates your food but greets guests, waits tables, visits each table frequently, and opens doors as guests depart. Well worth a visit at ANY PRICE! "Everyone loved their food! Empty plates are a good sign. Came here to celebrate getting married. We ordered the Shrimps & Conch Ceviche and Coconut Shrimp as appetizers. I had the Salmon with Coconut Rice for my main course. Everything was so good, and all our plates were empty! For dessert, we got the pineapple upside-down cake and Apple pie with Icecream which we got on the house once the waitress knew we had gotten married. That was very nice, and I would definitely come back here in the future. Prices are also reasonable compared to other fancy places." - Colinasita, TripAdvisor.
