VIGO COUNTY, Ind. - A death at the Vigo County Jail is under investigation after an inmate was found unresponsive Sunday morning.
Sheriff John Plasse said the inmate, Danny Hicks, 62, was found unresponsive in his cell around 10:20 a.m.
