Queen Elizabeth II is, reportedly, helping Prince Andrew in financial matters. With all controversies surrounding him these days, the royal-born Prince is said to be in "dire straits financially."

Sources told Star that the Duke of York is bleeding his mother dry with all the bills he has to pay. This comes as the British Monarch is, allegedly, "footing the bill" for her son's astronomical legal tabs.
Despite this, it is claimed that the Queen is "freezing" her second child out. Apart from stripping him off of his military titles, the father of two will defend his case as a "private citizen."
