A 38-year-old bicyclist died after being hit by a drunk driver in north Houston on early Monday. That driver has been charged with intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault, according to HPD.
Authorities confirmed that Ronald Ariel Sariles, 24, had been drinking when he hit and killed a man at 3100 West Little York Road at about 2:15 a.m.
