Porter Ranch: The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the 10400 block of North Reseda for reported flooding. When units arrived, they followed a large stream of water back to the 18300 block of Minnehaha Street, one block away.
Gallons of water flooded the street and was deepest along the curbside extending almost to the center of the road as seen in footage from Key News at the scene. The Department of Water and Power responded to the location to turn off the water.
