Lancaster: Four children and one adult were found shot to death at a home in Lancaster Sunday night, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. LASD Homicide investigators are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of the multiple victims on 3500 block of Garnet Lane around 10:27 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 28, 2021.
Homicide investigators have learned that the deputies from the Lancaster Sheriff's Department responded to the location regarding a "Rescue Responding" call. When deputies arrived, they found a female adult suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper torso, and located a female and three male children all under the age of 12 years old also suffering from gunshot wounds to the upper torso, according to LASD.
A male believed to be the father of the juvenile victims was detained when he arrived at the Lancaster Sheriff's Station. He is currently being interviewed by investigators, according to the LASD Information Bureau.
