Elkins boys cruise to regional crown

ELKINS — The Elkins High School boys placed four runners among the top 10 in cruising to the Class AA, Region II title Thursday afternoon at Davis & Elkins College. Charlie Smoak led the Tigers, taking the individual title in a time of 18:24.12.
