Elkins boys cruise to regional crown
ELKINS — The Elkins High School boys placed four runners among the top 10 in cruising to the Class AA, Region II title Thursday afternoon at Davis & Elkins College. Charlie Smoak led the Tigers, taking the individual title in a time of 18:24.12. Teammate and fellow senior Lucas Anger was second in a time of 19:13.38, while Isaac Anger was fourth (20:55.25), Tyler McKisic eighth (21:17.36) and Brandon Rossi 10th (21:49.90). Read more
