I live in Vernon, my daughter lives in Chipley ( both in Washington County) the Covid rate & the covid deaths are pretty low. I travel to Bay County often. Don't know anyone from Florida that has contacted Covid. Governor DeSantis rocks❣

New Bay County COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations continue to drop
BAY COUNTY — Bay County reported a 26% drop in new COVID-19 cases last week, continuing a two-month downward trend for the area. According to the latest statistics, the county reported 134 cases in the latest week ending Sunday. The drop was in line with declines cases across the state. The number of COVID-19 cases has been declining for the last seven weeks after seeing a big surge earlier in the year. Meanwhile, Ascension Sacred Heart announced that its hospitals in Panama City, and Walton and Gulf counties continue to see a slow decline in COVID-19 hospitalizations. Read more
