Originally published as a Redding Police Department Facebook post – “On Saturday, October 9th, 2021, at 08:49 AM, the Redding Police Department received relayed information from the California Highway Patrol of a male subject, armed with an AR style rifle, in the bushes on the east side of Interstate 5, south of East Cypress Avenue. The male was described as a white male adult, wearing a red shirt. As of June 2021, Liberty has raised 24 offspring from egg to fledging, including four sets of triplets in 2009, 2010, 2015 and 2021 !!!
