On Wednesday night, a 66-year-old Oceanside man lost his life after he had a medical emergency and crashed his car into a pole and another vehicle on Interstate 5 in San Ysidro.
As per the initial information, the fatal incident took place at the off-ramp to Via de San Ysidro, just north of the San Ysidro Port of Entry at around 7:30 p.m.
