Faith Rodgers, one of the women who testified against R. Kelly in his New York trial, is speaking out about his behavior in court.

During a press conference yesterday, Rodgers said that the disgraced singer jammed along to his own music in the court. Prosecutors showed evidence to the jurors, including music videos and documents. For some of the evidence, Kelly's music was audible.

She says Kelly couldn't help himself.

"He [kept mimicking] piano fingers. It was really irritating," Rodgers told reporters. "But I knew that in that courtroom, I had to have a poker face on."

She says it was intentional on Kelly's behalf.

"For somebody that says they can't read or write, and you start acting like you can write, or you act like you're doing some type of work … I knew he was trying to throw me off and make me kind of shake up a little bit," she said. "So that behavior was very — I would say — childish and not appropriate for court. I was not at all pleased with his behavior, but I feel like everything that he is is why he is where he is."

During her testimony, Rodgers told the court of a time Kelly pressured her into performing a sexual act on him. She alleges he gave her an STD.

"Once I had got back to San Antonio, maybe like three days [later], I was coming down with a cold. On the fourth day of having a cold, my mouth had bumps everywhere. My mouth was inflamed with bumps," she told the court.

"I knew it was him," Rodgers recalled after being diagnosed with herpes.

Rodgers added that she hopes by Kelly's May sentencing that she "would like to see at that time is a little bit of remorse and accountability."

She does not need a verbal apology. She says his sentence is an apology in itself.
