The title of cheapest station in the Seward area went to Tesoro at 1707 Seward Hwy, according to a Tuesday survey by GasBuddy. Diesel was listed there at just $3.69 per gallon. The most expensive station in the city was $3.74, at Chevron at 308 N Harbor St, the survey found:
