Authorities identified 22-year-old Dezarae Medina as the woman who succumbed to her injuries at a hospital following a two-vehicle crash that happened on Tuesday near 51st Avenue and Clarendon.
The investigation reports showed that a Toyota Matrix that was traveling south down the northbound lanes of 51st Avenue collided with a Dodge truck.
