People do you not realize their are very little nutrients in the food that we are eating .The earth has been very depleted of nutrients for a while.We need extra vitamins and nutrients.We need yo take care of ourselves.Your body can fight off infection if properly maintained .Ibam 60 I eat mostly fruits and vegetablesI hardly ever eat meat .Mostly seafood wheni do.I do not take pharmaceutical .Fresh Garlic wonderful thing to eat.I had Covid.God gave us so many natural herbs and minerals that help so many things.Please don't. take the vaccine.Go to a vitamin shop or nutrition shop.Read and know what your body needs .Use your google if you have questions.Trust the things God gave us not something conjured up on a lab.
