Authorities identified 31-year-old George Walter Dubose as the man who lost his life in a single-car crash that happened Saturday near Kolb and Valencia.
The investigation reports revealed that George Walter Dubose was driving northbound on Kolb Road at a high rate of speed just after 10 a.m. in a black 2004 Kia Amanti.
