Hale County adds 125 cases, 2 more deaths in 3 days
Hale County has seen an increase of 125 new COVID-19 cases and an additional two deaths over the last three days. According to the Plainview/Hale County Health Department’s latest report, which reflects numbers as of Thursday at 5 p.m., 100 of the new cases have come in Plainview. Hale Center and Abernathy each added nine cases, Petersburg five and Cotton Center two. Read more

I for one refuse to go to any restaurant or bar that requires proof of carbonation. Regardless of whether I'm vaccinated or not. It's the principle of the whole thing. Let me get this straight. You want me to prove I'm vaccinated so I can come in and pay for your overpriced foods and drinks. Sorry, that's a no-brainer. I don't need a restaurant to eat and I don't need a bar to drink.
