The survey looked at prices across the greater Memphis area, and found that the cheapest gallon of diesel as of Tuesday was $2.84, at Tiger Mart at 1192 Jackson Ave . By comparison, the most expensive was $3.39, listed at Shell at 2692 Poplar Ave.
The average price across the greater Memphis area was $3.11, according to data collected by gas price app GasBuddy.
