In reference to the homicide of 21 year-old Carlos Rodrigo Amador-Funez (H/M) that occurred on August 26, 2021, in the 3100 block of Pulaski Highway, investigators have arrested 30 year-old Lamar Williams, of Baltimore.
On August 22, 2021, Williams and the victim, were involved in a dispute when Williams produced a gun and shot the victim. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he later died on August 26, 2021.
Investigators obtained an arrest warrant for Williams, and on September 3, 2021, Warrant Apprehension detectives arrested Williams while in the 1100 block of Homestead Street.
Detectives transported Williams to Central Booking Intake Facility where he has been charged with 1st degree murder.
