Kentucky State Police: Female Body Found in Lloyd's Wildlife Management Area Identified

On July 31, 2021, the Kentucky State Police Post 6, in Dry Ridge, received a call of human remains in the Lloyd's Wildlife Management Area, in Crittenden.

Kentucky State Police Troopers and Detectives, along with the Grant County Coroner's Office and Dry Ridge Police Department responded to the area. The remains of an unidentified person were located in a highly wooded area of the park. 

On August 1, 2021, an autopsy was performed at the Medical Examiner's Office in Frankfort. The remains were positively identified as Autumn Patterson, 34, of Ghent, KY.

There is no foul play suspected. 

The Kentucky State Police are leading the investigation into Autumn's death and are being assisted by the Dry Ridge Police Department, who took the initial Missing Person Report on July 6, 2021.
