Clayton County police identified 37-year-old Michael Jerome Morris as the man who caused a two-vehicle crash that killed him, 34-year-old Brandy Sheree Gilkey, an unborn child and 8-year-old Christian McDonald.
Brandy Sheree Gilkey, 34, her eight-year-old son, Christian McDonald, and unborn child, lost their lives when their Mitsubishi Outlander was struck head on by a Ford F-150 driven by Michael Jerome Morris, 37.
Morris succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Gilkey and her son died from their injuries after arriving at the hospital. The Outlander’s driver, Lashad Robert Lewis, 33, is in critical condition as of Tuesday according to police. The incident took place at around 1:30 a.m. on Ga. Highway 138 near Scott Road in Riverdale.
