Former St. Louis HS Basketball Star Killed In St. Louis Co. Shooting

A former St. Louis high school basketball star is dead after he was shot in unincorporated north St. Louis County. Cameron Biedscheid was gunned down Friday night in the 68-hundred block of Champaigne Drive. No arrests have been made. The 2012 Cardinal Ritter graduate was among the most talented basketball players to emerge from the area in the past 20 years. The 27-year-old went on to play for Notre Dame, Missouri, Jacksonville State, Louisiana State University-Shreveport and Harris-Stowe. Read more
