Sabrina L Spurlock is now in custody after a statewide Amber Alert was issued in Oklahoma because she took off with her children after being wanted for 1st Degree Murder.

The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office has issued an Amber Alert for 2 children who are with their mother, Sabrina Spurlock. Spurlock is wanted in connection with 1st-degree Murder.

Wagoner County Investigators investigating a homicide in Rocky Point
On 07-26-2021 Wagoner County Deputies were dispatched to the 31300 Block of East 682 Road in reference to a shooting that had occurred. Upon deputies arriving on the scene, they were advised that the suspect had shot a male victim and fled the residence. Deputies started administering CPR on the victim until Wagoner EMS could arrive on the scene.
Wagoner EMS arrived on the scene and a short time later the victim was pronounced deceased. It was discovered that the suspect drove to the victim's residence, shot him, and then fled the scene with 2 juveniles in the vehicle.
The suspect was identified as Sabrina L Spurlock of Wagoner, OK. She fled the scene with a juvenile male and juvenile female in the vehicle in an unknown direction of travel.
The suspect vehicle is described as a 2000 Chevy Blazer, Cream or White in color, with an Oklahoma License Plate of LUR-084. The passenger window is busted out on the vehicle.
The suspect is to be considered armed and dangerous.

The suspect Sabrina L Spurlock has been taken into custody by the Caddo Police Department and the children are SAFE and accounted for. The Sheriff’s Office will be posting an update in the coming days about this incident. Thank you to all that shared this information.

James Steig Have you ever noticed when a dad takes his kids the comments are all about how terrible he is but when a woman kills a man and takes the kids it's all about how bad he must have been?
From a family member:
-The Sheriff tells us Sabrina Spurlock got arrested in Pryor last night for public drunk and her children went home with her father near Rocky Point in Wagoner County.
-The Sheriff says when she got out of jail today, she went to her father's home to pick up her kids and the two got into an argument and she shot and killed him and took off with the kids.
Michael Wayne goes to jail for public intox.. her own father ends up with the babies.. she shows up to get them.. most likely he wouldn’t allow it due to her obvious alcohol issue.. sounds like she got mad and shot him and took off
Patricia Tolman Everyone trying to defend her come on. She was just released from jail she could have if she felt there would be a problem getting her kids from her dad requested police presence to do so. Instead of taking the cops, she took a gun it's pretty obvious her intentions weren't good from the get-go.
