During a high-speed in Clayton County, Georgia a man running from police crashed into another vehicle killing a pregnant woman and her child. Here's how it all went down.
Police say the incident began when officers woke up a man in a Ford F-150 to check his welfare. For unknown reasons, the man took off and sped away.
Several minutes later, police received a second call regarding the F-150 driver and another vehicle. A pregnant woman and her small child were inside a minivan when the suspect crashed into it. Upon arrival, the driver of the F-150 was found dead at the scene.
Inside the minivan, there was a dad, a pregnant mom, a small child, and the family dog. They were all critically injured. Sadly, at the hospital, the pregnant mom, unborn baby, and child died. The dad remains critical.
The names of the victims are being withheld at this time so that the families of the victims can be notified.
