An Ohio who killed one worker and injured another in a construction zone on an Ohio interstate has been sentenced to at least a decade in prison.
Sabra Tolliver, 33, was sentenced after pleading guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide, failure to stop after an accident, and driving under the influence.
Ohio prosecutors said Tolliver struck the 61-year-old and 25-year-old victims near an I-71 construction zone outside Cleveland.
It is reported that the older victim was dragged for more than 1,200 feet underneath her vehicle and died at the scene. The co-worker followed the vehicle to the Middleburg Heights restaurant and called the cops.
According to Ohio Authorities, Tolliver had a blood-alcohol level more than double the legal limit at the time of the accident.
