North Bergen parking lot fire results in six cars going up in flames

(NORTH BERGEN, N.J.) A fire broke out behind a North Bergen business on Wednesday that left multiple cars in flames, according to ABC 7.

The cars and surrounding items were burned near 91st Street, just outside of Fairview, at around 6:45 a.m.

Thick smoke and heavy flames filled the air before firefighters arrived at the scene, per ABC 7.

The fire affected at least six cars, along with other debris in the business's parking lot.

Firefighters responded to the blaze and set up a hose line from 91st Street to control the flames.

According to North Bergen police, the fire accidentally started with two cars.

No injuries were reported at the scene.
