Revival Pizza Pub has opened in the Weatherstone Town Center at 240 Windgate Drive, Suite A7 in Chester Springs, PA. The new, family-friendly Modern American Restaurant offers a variety of appetizers, salads, pizzas, sandwiches and large plates with a focus on fresh and local ingredients.
The 6,700 square feet space features a dining room that can accommodate 120 guests, as well as a 40-foot long L-shaped bar in the center which seats 20. There's also a massive outdoor cafe which now seats 50 with plans to expand to 100 later in the summer.
Owners are Justin Weathers and Joe Monnich of Stove and Co. Restaurant Group based out of Lansdale, PA in partnership with Hankin Group based out of Exton, PA.
"The grand opening of Revival Pizza Pub was specially timed for when we could all relish in the rebuilding of post pandemic dining," said Weathers. "This will be the Revival of suburban dining out after a year of having to do things very differently. We call it a Pizza Pub because we want everyone to know that there is going to be a very real bar scene here - there is delicious pizza but it is so much more than that with housemade pastas, sandwiches, mussels, salads, desserts and a full cocktail, beer and wine menu.
Award-winning Chef and partner Joe Monnich and his culinary team will operate the scratch kitchen using fresh seasonal ingredients to highlight the American classics. The menu includes well priced options that range from special sections of pizza, housemade pasta, mussels, handhelds, small plates, salads and more. The menu also includes ample vegan and gluten free options.
The pizza will be made with a secret sourdough recipe by Monnich that is a fermented and produces an amazing chew and crisp packed with flavor. The restaurant will use top of the line Pizza Master two deck ovens to cook the pizza pies in four minutes.
The kids menu will feature dishes served in frisbees for added fun and whimsy. Desserts are also family and kid-friendly, with sundaes, banana splits and other sweet dishes.
Ten beer taps will offer local and national craft beer brands and complimented by an extensive selection of cans and bottles.
Cocktails will feature fresh juices, house mixes and seasonal rotating selections. Stand-outs on the cocktail list are the boozy lemonades - Bangin Lemonade in four flavors Lavender, Yuzu, Strawberry OR Honey Basil all using local spirits company Boardroom Vodka.
The wine program is built around natural wines with more than a dozen selections by the glass and bottle. The restaurant will also feature European style wines that pair well with the cuisine, and focus on biodynamic wines.
Hours are Tuesday-Thursday from 4pm to 9pm; Friday & Saturday from 4pm to 10pm; and Sunday from 3pm to 8pm.
Programming will include happy hour, live music and more. A full bar featuring craft cocktails, drafts and natural wines will be available with outdoor dining in the spring and summer months.
Weekday lunch and weekend brunch will be added in the near future.
